1. Session Cancellation

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after this period will be charged in full or marked as a used session.

  • Emergency situations will be reviewed case-by-case.


2. Refunds

  • Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are available only for unused packages if requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Any sessions already attended will be deducted from the refund at the regular session rate.


3. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show.

  • No-show sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.


4. Program / Package Expiry

  • Packages must be used within their stated validity period.

  • Expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended unless pre-approved.


5. Service Cancellation by Provider

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, clients may receive a rescheduled session or a full refund if no alternative is available.
