Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after this period will be charged in full or marked as a used session.
Emergency situations will be reviewed case-by-case.
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds are available only for unused packages if requested within 7 days of purchase.
Any sessions already attended will be deducted from the refund at the regular session rate.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show.
No-show sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages must be used within their stated validity period.
Expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended unless pre-approved.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, clients may receive a rescheduled session or a full refund if no alternative is available.
